Vacation Rentals Should meet standards
Vacation home rentals in the San Bernardino Mountains must obtain permits and follow certain health and safety standards under an ordinance approved Tuesday by the county Board of Supervisors. Vacation Rentals Intl.com thinks this is a great idea, and more cities should look into regulating vacation rental properties. The more standards and regulations there are, the less likely you the customer are going to have a bad experience. Some bad vacation rental owners will sneak through the cracks, but if someone complains and they end up having a license to rent a vacation property taken away I think everyone is better off for it.
